Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer driving design and architecture of healthcare solutions at Synthpop. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer workflows and outcomes through innovative AI technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and workflows.
- Map customer workflows and system integration requirements to effectively capture the current state and propose future state solutions.
- Partner with sales teams to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in enterprise and complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop and implement project plans for Statements of Work (SOW) and solution implementations.
- Lead post-sale implementation projects through completion and hand-off to post-go live support and success management.
- Serve as an expert on integrating Synthpop products with existing customer systems.
- Relay customer feedback to the engineering team to contribute to product improvements.
- Deliver engaging software demos, technical presentations, and other customer-facing engagements to influence decision-making and build trust.
- Flexibility in Duties: While we’ve outlined the primary responsibilities, we may ask you to help out with other tasks in our evolving startup environment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions consulting within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional presenting skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to map workflows and align people, processes, and technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to connect customer-specific business problems to Synthpop solutions.
- Experience working in dynamic, customer-focused environments.
- Familiarity with DME/HME software is a plus.
