Job Description

Senior Technical Recruiter leading talent acquisition for specialized technical roles in AI, Data, and Software domains. Collaborating with hiring managers to build a strong technical workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for senior and specialized tech roles in AI, Data and Software domains, from sourcing through offers and onboarding.
  • Do HR Background verifications for candidates.
  • Collaborate with account managers and with clients to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening and technical assessments.
  • Manage candidate experience ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics to continually improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in technical recruiting, in IT, software engineering, data science, or AI fields.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skills with ability to assess candidate fit.
  • Proven experience managing senior-level recruitment and candidate pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and multitask.
  • A passion for technology and talent acquisition.
