Job Description
Service Sales Account Manager driving customer relationships and enterprise solutions for Agilent in Madrid, Spain. Focusing on nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate contract setup and inventory tracking.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and performance monitoring.
- Develop tailored service solutions and proposals to meet diverse customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Build and execute account plans to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Field Service, Instrument Sales, and Service Sales teams.
- Promote Agilent’s Asset Management, Enterprise Solutions, and Multi Vendor Services to expand business.
- Strengthen long term relationships with key customers and represent Agilent professionally in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience in Agilent’s markets or enterprise services (software, IT)
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Strong networking skills with the ability to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry (preferred)
