Job Description
Servicetechniker für Wärmepumpen bei Viessmann Climate Solutions, Anbieter nachhaltiger Klima- und Energielösungen. Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Störungsbehebung im Außendienst der Region Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators
- Provide service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person
- Support colleagues in technical field service within the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
- Participate in the on-call service to provide customers with the fastest possible support
- Contribute to advancing sustainable energy solutions in the Düsseldorf region
Requirements:
- Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
- Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
- Valid refrigeration handling certificate (F-gas certification)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel
