Job Description

ServiceNow Administrator II managing day-to-day platform operations at Jamf. Collaborating with stakeholders and enhancing system efficiency while providing technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage the incident queue within ServiceNow and ability to proactively troubleshoot and solve issues.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation solutions using ServiceNow Studio and scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide).
  • Direct and coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide training, technical support, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective platform usage.
  • Monitor and resolve system issues, incidents, and tickets in alignment with ITIL processes.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems and tools.
  • Ensure platform compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3 years or more of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role (Required).
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, Sec Ops) (Required).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration (Required).
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow (Required).
  • Understanding of system integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP (Required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) (Required).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification (Required).
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (Implementation or management of modules) (Required).
