Job Description
ServiceNow Developer responsible for developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions. Supporting enterprise clients with stable and secure ServiceNow implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, etc.
- Build and enhance custom applications, UI pages, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Manage data models, CMDB structures, and ensure data quality.
- Customize and maintain Service Catalog items and Orchestration workflows.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver scalable, maintainable fixes.
- Participate in requirement gathering with stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure platform governance, security best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
- Support upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- Glide API
- server/client scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, UI actions, business rules, catalogs, and ACLs
- Experience building API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Hands-on experience with ITSM modules
- Familiarity with Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub

- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Nice-to-Have Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
- Knowledge of CMDB best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.
- ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Any ITSM/ITOM-related certifications
