Job Description
Lead the ServiceNow development team at Mollica IT. Focused on implementing and improving the platform's functionalities with a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:
- Implement specified and approved requirements listed in the backlog for the teams you work with, ensuring acceptance criteria and designed test scenarios are met;
- Support documentation of the user stories that make up the teams' backlog, ensuring requirements are sufficiently clear for implementation;
- Build prototypes or implement proofs of concept within product design teams;
- Design automated tests on the platform (unit and regression), ensuring key functionalities are covered;
- Participate in all team ceremonies, including effort estimation;
- Execute all team tasks that are under your responsibility;
- Promptly escalate impediments so they can be addressed by the team's Agile Master or the client's team that monitors the service;
- Serve as the team's technical lead, ensuring everyone follows the platform's recommended best practices and that the product meets security requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or completed postgraduate degree in Technology;
- Experience as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or in a related role, specifically working on the ServiceNow platform;
- Knowledge of GRC and/or VA;
- Certification: Certified Application Developer (CAD);
- Completion of the following official ServiceNow training courses: ServiceNow Fundamentals; Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Introduction; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Run Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Create and Schedule Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Additional Tips, Techniques, and Resources.
- Note: If a candidate is close to completing their degree (expected graduation in December), an exception to the higher-education requirement may be considered.
