Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager promoting joom.com on the European market through Google Ads and digital channels. Analyzing performance data and managing large advertising budgets for optimal ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote joom.com website on the European market (25 countries)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and other digital channels
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and scale
  • Manage large advertising budgets to maximize ROI / ROAS and achieve key business goals
  • Work closely with product, pricing, and analytics teams to align strategy and leverage insights
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Continuously explore new traffic sources and ad formats

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Familiarity with Merchant Center, CSS, feed management, and automation (via API, scripts or no-code platforms)
  • Proven experience managing large ad budgets
  • A strong data-driven approach to decision-making, optimization, and reporting
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Holistics, etc.)
