Job Description

Manager Acquisition Hunting leading sales in the public sector at HPE. Responsible for customer engagement, team performance, and strategic sales management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and controls sales activities for the team
  • Leads the sales community to success
  • Orchestrates major Enterprise-level customer engagements for HPE
  • Establishes sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management
  • Follows up to ensure consistent execution
  • Coaches and guides the direct and indirect team to consider each deal's impact on HPE's long term success.
  • Engages and energizes team members to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Public Sector experience
  • Typically 10-12+ years’ experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals
  • 5+ years’ experience managing high performing sales teams preferred
  • Top Secret Clearance is preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management.
