Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager promoting joom.com on the European market using Google Ads and other channels. Analyzing performance data and managing advertising budgets to maximize ROI in 25 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Promote joom.com website on the European market (25 countries)
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and other digital channels
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and scale
- Manage large advertising budgets to maximize ROI / ROAS and achieve key business goals
- Work closely with product, pricing, and analytics teams to align strategy and leverage insights
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Continuously explore new traffic sources and ad formats
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Familiarity with Merchant Center, CSS, feed management, and automation (via API, scripts or no-code platforms)
- Proven experience managing large ad budgets
- A strong data-driven approach to decision-making, optimization, and reporting
- Experience in e-commerce
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Preferred Experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Holistics, etc.)
