Job Description
Intern role focused on social media management at Elifegroup. Engaging with consumers online and developing communication skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support on social media platforms;
- Developing a professional approach to interacting with clients and handling customer service;
- Developing copywriting techniques for social media;
- Preparation to work with the routines of a media intelligence agency and to handle crisis situations;
- Preparation of strategic reports.
Requirements:
- Students in their 2nd to 6th semester pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related communication fields;
- Availability to intern 6 hours per day;
- Suitable home office setup.
