Job Description
Looking for an intern in social media to join Elife's CRM team. Engage with consumers on social networks and support project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support across social media channels;
- Development of a professional demeanor for client interactions and customer service;
- Development of writing techniques for social media;
- Preparation to work within the day-to-day of an intelligence agency and to manage crisis situations;
- Preparation of strategic reports.
Requirements:
- This position is exclusive for persons with disabilities (PWD); therefore, candidates must have a CID code that fits the definition under Law No. 8.213/91, which characterizes a Person with Disability (PCD), and an up-to-date medical report;
- Students in semesters 2 through 6 of undergraduate programs in: Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, and related communication fields;
- Availability to intern 6 hours per day;
- Home office setup.
