Job Description
Advogado Previdenciário atuando em vendas durante atendimento a clientes consultivos. Elaborando planejamento previdenciário e acompanhando processos na área previdenciária.
Responsibilities:
- Client service (strategic consultations and closing of services)
- Development and presentation of social security and pension planning
- Preparation of calculations and reviews for retirement benefits
- Filing petitions and managing case proceedings
- Advisory and litigation work in social security law
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Social Security / Pension Law
- Experience in social security and pension planning
- Experience with social security benefit calculations and retirement reviews
- Experience drafting petitions and handling litigation
- Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client-focused profile with emphasis on service sales and closing deals - SALES
- Knowledge of Tax Law (plus)
- Previous experience in sales or commercial client service (plus)
- Experience with social security calculation systems/software (plus)
