Job Description
Sales Executive driving revenue for ETRM solutions at Hitachi Energy. Building relationships, conducting market research, and executing tailored sales strategies in the energy trading sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ETRM solutions
- Identify market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored ETRM solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the energy trading sector
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are effectively implemented
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the ETRM space
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance ETRM offerings based on client needs and market trends
Requirements:
- 10+ years proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably in the energy industry
- Experience with commercial systems such as ETRM and/or strategic business applications such as ERP is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with commercial operations systems for the energy industry and their functionalities, such as deal capture, risk management, and settlement is preferred but not required
