Job Description

Mid-Level Sourcer responsible for building high-quality candidate pipeline in a digital marketing ecosystem. Conducting market research and analyzing sourcing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean search, professional communities, databases).
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines.
  • Perform market research and competitor mapping.
  • Prepare shortlists for recruiters.
  • Work with referral programs.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels.

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
  • Strong direct search skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn).
  • Experience hiring for digital / IT / product roles.
  • Analytical mindset and structured approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • English — A2 level or higher.
