Job Description
Engagement Manager facilitating relationships and leading projects in quantum computing industry. Delivering tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic engagement and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Lead project execution from initiation to completion
- Develop financial business cases to justify the value of our Quantum Optimization solutions
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within D-Wave to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years professional experience successfully consulting and/or leading delivery of complex software development projects at large scale
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including sales presentations, project steering committee presentations, and providing partner updates
