Job Description
Pre-Sales Staff Solution Engineer at Omnissa leading technical relationships with enterprise customers. Engaging decision makers to drive adoption of Omnissa’s products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage regularly with technology decision makers in customers
- Enable and manage existing customers to get the best value out of Omnissa products
- Deliver bespoke technical enablement and product update sessions
- Track and support sales opportunities, ensuring proposed solutions meet customer requirements
- Craft and propose customer solutions that differentiate Omnissa software
- Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of Omnissa products
Requirements:
- 3+ years EUC (End User Computing) Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant
- Possess a strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with a background in either the customer or partner landscape
- Experience in desktop management (Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS)
- Experience with mobile device platforms (Android, iOS, iPadOS)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems
- Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude
- Strong presentation skills to build and present high-quality product demonstrations
