Job Description

Pre-Sales Staff Solution Engineer at Omnissa leading technical relationships with enterprise customers. Engaging decision makers to drive adoption of Omnissa’s products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage regularly with technology decision makers in customers
  • Enable and manage existing customers to get the best value out of Omnissa products
  • Deliver bespoke technical enablement and product update sessions
  • Track and support sales opportunities, ensuring proposed solutions meet customer requirements
  • Craft and propose customer solutions that differentiate Omnissa software
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of Omnissa products

Requirements:

  • 3+ years EUC (End User Computing) Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with a background in either the customer or partner landscape
  • Experience in desktop management (Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS)
  • Experience with mobile device platforms (Android, iOS, iPadOS)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems
  • Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude
  • Strong presentation skills to build and present high-quality product demonstrations
