Job Description
Senior presales consultant demonstrating Temenos core banking solutions to banking clients across LATAM. Designing solution blueprints, handling RFPs, and supporting proofs of concept.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert articulating the value of Temenos products to clients, prospects, and partners
- Demonstrate how Temenos solutions address specific client challenges and needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from C-Level to mid-management and operations
- Undertake solution consultancy activities to understand technology needs and drivers for change
- Position Temenos solutions and technology differentiators
- Collaborate with the sales team through presentations of Temenos technology and architecture to win qualified deals
- Provide accurate responses to technical RFI/RFP queries
- Facilitate technology inquiries from clients, distributors, and partners
- Design solution blueprints
- Design and configure screens, inquiries, reports, workflows, code, and scripts for workshops and proofs of concept
- Participate in customer calls and events to promote Temenos products and services
- Introduce technical aspects of Temenos offerings and provide product demonstrations
- Recommend system solutions that optimize usage of Temenos products and services
- Serve as contact point for customer and prospective client technology queries and internal partner groups
- Apply deep knowledge of retail banking solutions
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with Retail Banking products lifecycles, transactions & accounting of transactions
- Ability to look beyond the systems and understand underlying client requirements
- Experience in the Retail Banking industry, either directly in a bank or via a Core Banking solution provider
- Familiarity with SaaS services and Cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and highly motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a front-end client-facing role
- Availability to travel on a frequent basis
