Job Description

Healthcare Staffing Specialist coordinating qualified professionals for client shifts and placements. Managing scheduling, compliance, interviews, and last-minute staffing changes across U.S. service locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job orders in CCH applications and coordinate with the Account Manager to fulfill client staffing needs
  • Screen candidates, maintain a qualified healthcare professional database, and schedule and assign staff to shifts, orientations, and visits
  • Manage last-minute staffing changes, replacements, and call-offs
  • Ensure healthcare professionals meet compliance, licensing, and company requirements
  • Partner with Compliance and Onboarding teams to address documentation gaps and reduce time-to-fill
  • Assist with client orientation and ongoing training scheduling
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal team members
  • Prioritize client orders, prepare deliverables, and understand staffing requirements
  • Submit profiles, coordinate interviews, expedite offers, and monitor healthcare professional performance
  • Monitor client demand trends, provide feedback to sourcing teams, and escalate issues as needed
  • Conduct check-ins and evaluations to support performance, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Achieve or exceed performance metrics and participate in daily huddles
  • Cover on-call duties as required, including during Business Continuity Plan activation
  • Occasionally visit local clients and healthcare professionals as business needs require
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Proven problem-solving abilities for staffing challenges, client issues, operational concerns, last-minute changes, and call-offs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with staffing software, databases, or automated systems preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience partnering with leadership and compliance teams to ensure timely, compliant placements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST
