Job Description
Sales Representative for AbbVie focusing on Oncology, building relationships, and executing account plans. Drive brand strategy and deliver against sales performance in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Drive brand strategy in the field.
- Build trusted customer relationships.
- Execute account plans that support both patient care and business success.
- Anticipate customer needs, expectations, and challenges to create win-win outcomes.
- Develop and execute multichannel call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities with key customers.
- Share market intelligence with the field team to strengthen brand strategy execution.
- Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with healthcare providers.
- Deliver against sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, business related field or equivalent.
- Proven track record of success in sales performance within the Oncology therapeutic area, preferably in Gynecology/Brast/Ovarian/Woman Health Cancers.
- Commercial pharmaceutical industry experiences such as physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care or marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of success in selling and exceptional presentation skills.
- Proactively identifies customer style / behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach.
- Demonstrates (or willingness for) in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge and is recognized as an expert resource by all relevant stakeholders preferably in Oncology.
- English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
- Residency within Lisbon area.
