Job Description

Strategic Account Executive cultivating long-term healthcare partnerships and increasing MSP market share through relationships and sales strategies. Engaging with C-level executives to drive growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on developing long-term partnerships within assigned territory
  • Build relationships with key executives and stakeholders at current/potential accounts
  • Responsible for increasing MSP market share
  • Achieve annual sales quota targets
  • Analyze customers operations and connect needs with Medical Solutions services
  • Collaborate with sales team members and internal support resources
  • Interact with C-level executives and Directors to ensure growth and customer satisfaction
  • Produce account specific business plans
  • Conduct presentations and corporate site visits
  • Manage complex sales cycles engaging with C-level buyers
  • Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years in Healthcare Sales environment and/or 1 year in a sales role at Medical Solutions preferred
  • Strong Outside Client Sales experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with acute care hospitals and health systems
  • Proven ability to develop account level strategic and tactical plans
  • Proven high level of financial acumen and negotiations skills
  • Proven success in generating and negotiating hospital contracts
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on influence
  • Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Experience with using a CRM is a must
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills.
