Job Description
Strategic Account Manager responsible for high-profile healthcare clients, focusing on account management and contract negotiations at Solventum.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing 1-3 high profile clients/partners in an account team environment.
- Support daily and strategic activities of a Solventum key business partner.
- Interact with both the Account Sales team and Strategic Sales team throughout the contracting process.
- Proactively track and monitor current and past due invoices.
- Recognize at risk, contract and compliance issues.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of combined healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9 years of combined years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Softrax)
- Must have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and critical thinking skills.
- Credentialed Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or equivalent work experience.
