Job Description

Strategic Account Manager responsible for high-profile healthcare clients, focusing on account management and contract negotiations at Solventum.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing 1-3 high profile clients/partners in an account team environment.
  • Support daily and strategic activities of a Solventum key business partner.
  • Interact with both the Account Sales team and Strategic Sales team throughout the contracting process.
  • Proactively track and monitor current and past due invoices.
  • Recognize at risk, contract and compliance issues.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of combined healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9 years of combined years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Softrax)
  • Must have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Credentialed Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or equivalent work experience.
