Job Description
Strategic Account Manager at IDEX cultivating relationships with key clients to drive growth and profitability. Focused on strategic planning and communication to align solutions for mutual success.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at important client companies
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to meet client goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments (sales, product, support)
- Proactively understand client needs, challenges, and market trends
- Swiftly address and resolve complex client concerns to maintain trust
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value
- Provide regular updates and reports to internal leadership on account status and progress
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in environmental sales or customer success
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
