Job Description
Strategic Manager analyzing marketing, product, and financial data for AI Social Discovery product. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze & interpret large data sets related to marketing, product, financial, and payment data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth;
- Design and implement financial models that align with business objectives;
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions;
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, product performance, and marketing ROI;
- Conduct financial analysis, including budget tracking, profitability analysis, and cost-benefit assessments for marketing and product initiatives;
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Big4, IB, PE, VC, or other consulting & investment related positions
- Ability to decompose, analyze and interpret key financial and operational business metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial modelling skills
- Advanced skills in conducting research and visualizing it in the form of presentations
- Advanced level of English.
- Basic understanding of key product metrics for mobile applications (such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, LTV).
- Experience in using data analysis tools (such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding the capabilities and limitations of major mobile intelligence services (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.)
- Experience with popular analytics tools for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.)
