Job Description
Strategic Program Manager translating Cisco and Splunk executive priorities into cross-functional growth, integration, and AI workflow programs. Driving governance, roadmaps, partnerships, and leadership decisions remotely across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Lead special growth initiatives and translate executive priorities into cross-functional programs with defined scopes, roadmaps, decision rights, milestones, and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, surfacing tradeoffs and dependencies and shaping recommendations for Executive Leadership
- Hold workstream leaders accountable for outcomes and ensure integration delivers intended business value
- Design and run governance models that provide leadership with timely decision-making insight
- Grow strategic external partnerships through a product-strategy lens
- Shape post-integration governance for Splunk-related acquisitions with Corporate Development & Integration, Finance, Product, and acquired entities
- Define priorities, sequencing, and success measures for acquisition integration
- Provide business requirements and support technical teams developing AI-led workflows for operational efficiency
- Build narratives, roadmaps, and decision frameworks to drive leadership alignment and action
Requirements:
- MBA with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of total experience in similar program or operations leadership roles
- Experience shaping strategy and driving execution on cross-functional programs involving senior partners
- Experience building governance frameworks, decision models, and executive-level narratives from ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing materials for Executive or Senior Leadership
- Ability to manage sophisticated, matrixed initiatives independently with minimal oversight
- Prior experience in an internal strategy, management consulting, or Business Operations/Chief of Staff role at a SaaS or enterprise technology company preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, or technology partnerships and ecosystems preferred
- Exposure to product strategy, go-to-market strategy, or customer success motions preferred
- Strong program management skills preferred
- Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills, including market sizing, reason modeling, and benchmark development preferred
- Prior Corporate Development, M&A, or Integration Management Office experience is a plus
