Job Description
Endoluminal Program Manager launching Intuitive’s robotic ION surgical system across U.S. accounts. Building clinical sales teams and driving training, utilization, and procedure growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop the clinical field sales team within the assigned region
- Manage and direct ION System program launches and utilization within the installed base
- Manage installations, training, and utilization growth across the assigned region
- Hire, train, and develop the regional clinical team, including ESR/ETA team members
- Expand ION procedure usage in existing accounts
- Manage training and education within the installed base
- Support key opinion leader development across the region
- Provide the clinical sales team with new product information and updates on existing products
- Work with training and marketing departments to implement strategies and programs directed by senior management
- Report to the Endoluminal Program Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven track record in ION® sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience required
- In-depth knowledge of the operating room/endoscopy environment
- Proven background selling medical capital equipment
- Previous experience managing and directing a salesforce in the medical device industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Attend ISI field sales management training course
- Interviewing skills
- Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or customers
- Candidates may be subject to U.S. export control licensing or a Technology Control Plan requirements
