Job Description
SVP overseeing facilities, security, maintenance, vendors, and workplace operations across SitusAMC’s global real estate finance offices. Leading workplace efficiency, compliance, emergency response, and facility teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities management across 25+ global offices
- Liaise with building management across US, India, and UK locations
- Lead emergency response coordination for office openings, closures, and business continuity
- Oversee office expansions, relocations, renovations, and repairs
- Develop operational strategies to improve productivity and cost-efficiency
- Partner with IT Security and Health & Safety committees on periodic walkthroughs
- Manage rollout and capability development of the ServiceNow Facilities module
- Ensure compliance with local laws, safety standards, and company policies
- Manage vendors, procurement, and contract negotiations
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, access control, fire safety, pest control, and sanitation
- Coordinate employee transportation services and schedules
- Establish preventive maintenance programs and facility guidelines
- Monitor facility conditions and plan improvements
- Recruit and manage facility staff and third-party service providers
- Maintain maintenance, security access, and operational records
- Implement security systems and loss-prevention measures
- Respond to facility emergencies and critical issues
- Provide leadership and accountability for assigned teams and contractors
- Ensure facility equipment is maintained and operational
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations in India
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
- Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance, and space planning tools
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- May be required to travel between office locations as part of regular duties
