Job Description

Talent Acquisition Administrator providing outstanding candidate experience at Rimini Street. Collaborating with Global Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals through efficient scheduling and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding candidate experience
  • Act as a TA brand ambassador
  • Enable the Global Talent Acquisition team to reach its goals
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Managers and team members to schedule candidate interviews, reserve rooms, assist with booking travel, and any other logistics to ensure candidates have exceptional experience
  • Manage complex schedules through Microsoft Office Suite, while being able to deal with last-minute changes
  • Understand the entire interview process from start to finish, and think of creative ways for process improvements
  • Perform key administrative processes through the Full Cycle Recruiting process including accuracy and timely updates to our applicant tracking system
  • Create new positions as needed in Workday and manage posting allocations
  • Assist the Global TA Team with the Offer Letter process or International Employment Agreements
  • Assist with the administration of the Employee Referral Bonus program payouts

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a recruiting (talent acquisition) coordinator or similar professional administrative or schedule coordination role
  • Ability to support Global TA Organization and manage Global TA information and documentation accurately
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; experience with Workday TA Module a plus
  • Demonstrated discretion and great judgment, with ability to interact comfortably and professionally with all levels of candidates and internal clients
  • Take initiative, multitask and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver
  • Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a customer-service orientation.
