Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for sourcing and improving hiring processes at a health insurance company in Belgium. Fostering the Talent Community's impact on candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping a high bar when sourcing candidates;
  • Ensuring we provide an amazing candidate experience;
  • Leading impactful projects to improve the way we hire at Alan;
  • Monitoring the progress of the hiring campaigns;
  • Suggesting solutions to unlock blocked situations.
  • Driving hiring streams where Alaners (your colleagues!) are involved and who would be eager to learn how to be a great Recruiter.

Requirements:

  • We're looking for humble people who question themselves and have a highly developed sense of service.
  • Are you currently based in (or willing to relocate to) France, Spain or Belgium?
  • Do you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment?
  • Are you fluent in Dutch/Flemish?
