Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager leading recruiting strategy in high-volume sectors like automotive and retail. Managing teams and integrating AI-driven solutions for efficient hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full cycle recruiting across high-volume frontline, technical, and operational roles, while maintaining a hands-on recruiting workload and directly supporting sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring efforts.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a mid-level recruiter to ensure consistent performance and hiring excellence.
  • Build and optimize structured hiring processes to support rapid organizational expansion.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and department leaders to forecast hiring demand and workforce planning needs.
  • Implement and manage an AI recruiting platform to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools to conduct initial interviews/prescreens, delivering only qualified, ready-to-engage candidates to recruiters.
  • Evaluate analytics and insights from the AI platform to refine job postings, adjust screening logic, and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Train hiring managers and recruiters on best practices for AI-assisted recruiting.
  • Develop and oversee sourcing strategies across job boards, community partnerships, career fairs, digital campaigns, and proactive outreach efforts.
  • Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, quality of hire, AI efficiency rates) and provide weekly updates to leadership.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with all federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in automotive, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or service-industry environments.
  • Experience managing or leading recruitment teams or processes.
  • Proven success hiring at scale across multiple markets.
  • Hands-on experience with AI recruiting platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence leaders and partner cross-functionally.
  • Metrics-driven approach with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategy.
  • High comfort level operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
