Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for full-cycle recruitment in tech and creative roles. Ensuring high-quality placements for clients in the US and EU while managing recruitment standards.
Responsibilities:
- Own hiring outcomes across tech, creative, and generalist roles
- Turn candidate pipelines into consistent, high-quality placements
- Reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
- Act as a trusted hiring partner to internal and client stakeholders
- Uphold Pearl’s recruitment standards, systems, and KPIs
- Manage intake, role calibration, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer closure
- Ensure multiple active roles are fully vetted and interview-ready before submission
- Drive hiring outcomes while maintaining Pearl’s quality standards
- Recruit technical roles (Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, QA)
- Recruit creative roles (UI/UX, Product, Design)
- Recruit generalist roles (Executive Assistants, Ops, Admin)
- Evaluate candidates to match role complexity without lowering standards
- Conduct selective sourcing for underperforming pipelines or niche/time-sensitive roles
- Use sourcing strategically in partnership with Pearl’s automation and systems
- Lead structured intake calls to define success profiles, must-haves, and trade-offs
- Set clear expectations on timelines and market realities
- Provide proactive updates and recommendations to stakeholders
- Conduct structured recruiter screens assessing role competence, communication, and culture fit
- Produce high-quality candidate summaries and scorecards
- Maintain Pearl’s quality bar before candidate endorsement
- Own role-level KPIs (hires, time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality)
- Maintain accurate ATS/CRM data
- Follow Pearl’s Blueprints, SOPs, Playbooks, and Job Aids
- Flag risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps proactively
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven experience recruiting technical and creative roles
- Ability to close generalist roles efficiently
- Strong screening, evaluation, and offer-closing skills
- KPI-driven, outcome-oriented mindset
- Clear, structured communicator with high ownership
- Experience recruiting for US-based clients
- Agency or high-performance recruiting background
- ATS / CRM systems (Workable experience a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
- Recruitment automation tools, assessment platforms, analytics or dashboarding tools
