Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting technical and HR talent for AssureSoft, a multinational software development and IT services company. Managing sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring-manager coordination, and employer outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and roles to be filled
- Review, develop, and revise job descriptions and specifications
- Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- Draft and place recruitment advertisements in effective digital and print media
- Identify candidates and assess qualifications through resumes, interviews, and other communications
- Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers
- Maintain contact with candidates and communicate application status
- Build and maintain a presence in the technical and industry community and marketplace
- Attend job fairs and industry conferences and run the company booth
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field required
- At least two years of related recruiting experience required
- Prior experience in technical roles is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
- Knowledge of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software
- Excellent capacity for adaptation
- Advanced English
