Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist managing full-lifecycle recruitment in behavioral health sector. Providing proactive sourcing and exceptional candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive high volume full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for the company
  • Source and attract quality candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to support staffing needs, position qualifications, interview process, and interview panels
  • Screens resumes and conducts phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment
  • Extend job offers and communicate benefit information to candidates when negotiating an offer acceptance
  • Ensure positive relationships with internal and external clients
  • Use innovative and effective sourcing methods by organizing and attending virtual and in-person job fairs
  • Coordinate with other members of the HR team and key stakeholders to provide an elite pre-boarding and onboarding experience

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in recruiting/staffing
  • At least 2 years’ experience recruiting in behavioral health or healthcare
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with high volume recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience using Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (preferred)
  • SHRM Certified Professional (preferred)
