Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner delivering end-to-end recruitment for Bright Horizons’ UK nursery settings. Sourcing candidates, managing Workday pipelines, and strengthening employer-brand attraction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an end-to-end 360 recruitment service for Bright Horizons nursery settings
- Partner with operational and wider Talent Acquisition teams to hire talent for operational nursery roles in a designated region
- Build effective stakeholder relationships and deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
- Deliver direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, campaigns, social media, networking and headhunting techniques
- Develop careers social-channel content to support talent attraction and employer brand engagement
- Manage vacancies and candidates in Workday throughout the recruitment process
- Deliver weekly management information on recruiting activity
- Champion the Recommend a Friend programme
- Promote Bright Horizons' employer brand and values
- Take ownership of recruitment needs for nursery settings
- Monitor market intelligence and trends
- Attend industry events to promote opportunities and broaden specialist knowledge
- Assess recruitment activities, effectiveness, outcomes and ROI
Requirements:
- Nursery Childcare Recruitment or Healthcare Recruitment Experience is Essential
- Proven and successful track record in the role of a Recruiter
- Experience working within high volume recruitment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work towards and exceed targets
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
- Goal-driven, with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results
- Enhanced DBS check and pre-employment checks required before appointment
- CV must be attached for consideration
- Knowledge of the Workday system (desirable)
- Previous experience within an internal recruitment function (desirable)
