Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist managing hiring efforts across India, sourcing and interviewing candidates effectively. Collaborating with Hiring Managers to foster a high-quality candidate pipeline and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing and Screening: Conduct daily in-depth assessments and screenings of all applicants, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline for positions within India.
- Interviewing Excellence: Implement and apply various interviewing techniques and methods to thoroughly evaluate candidates during in-depth interviews.
- Initial Candidate Engagement: Perform initial screening interviews, identifying potential fits for further evaluation.
- Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with Hiring Managers to recommend candidates, partnering with relevant stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and negotiate with candidates effectively.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and concise records and reports on all recruitment phases, utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools, ensuring compliance with local Indian regulations and hiring practices.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve target Ops Validation endorsements, maintaining high standards and expectations throughout the screening process.
- Process Calibration: Regularly calibrate screening and selection processes with Hiring Managers to align with specific account requirements and organizational goals.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to assessment administration and final decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of the Indian job market and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations.
- Proficiency in using ATS specifically Breezy HR, and Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and the like.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in India.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
