Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist managing recruitment for PlayMe Studio's diverse products and domains. Working in a dynamic environment to scale teams and improve recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with recruitment specialist and hiring managers on tech and non-tech vacancies
- Choosing the best sourcing and recruitment strategy for each position
- Building professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Crafting good vacancy descriptions and personalised communication with candidates
- Actively sourcing for qualified candidates according to business requirements using all possible channels
- Conducting job interviews, providing feedback to managers and candidates, leading hiring process until the onboarding
- Managing Talent Pool of candidates for future hirings
- Maintaining well-organized and relevant data about candidates the Database and ATS
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter — must have
- Experience in Product company - will be high advantage
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. sourcing on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Experience in crafting good job description
- Experience of using relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels
- Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability
