Job Description
Seeking a partner for evaluating candidates in recruitment processes with a focus on technical and cultural fit. Conduct interviews and provide detailed reports in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct competency-based interviews (with a focus on the DISC methodology) in a structured and empathetic manner;
- Analyze behavioral and technical profiles with a high level of accuracy;
- Draft detailed technical reports on finalists;
- Ensure the ATS and calendar are updated in real time, making sure no candidate is left without feedback;
- Present finalists to client-company hiring managers, explaining your technical evaluation;
- Propose new ideas to make our processes more agile, ethical, and humane.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields);
- Excellent technical writing is mandatory for preparing candidate dossiers;
- Prior experience conducting online interviews, preferably serving roles in Technology, Marketing, or Legal;
- Certification in behavioral analysis (DISC, Profiler, or similar);
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Zoom/Google Meet, and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
- Must have a computer and a quiet environment for remote work.
