Job Description

Talent Recruiter at Howard Financial managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously. Focusing on high-volume hiring and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
  • Successfully handle 20+ hires per month across various functions
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a strong and continuous candidate pipeline to meet aggressive hiring targets
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
  • Conduct interviews in excellent, professional English (written and verbal)
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report hiring progress, pipeline metrics, and recruitment KPIs
  • Move quickly and decisively while maintaining high hiring standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring goals
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
