Job Description
Talent Recruiter at Howard Financial managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously. Focusing on high-volume hiring and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
- Successfully handle 20+ hires per month across various functions
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a strong and continuous candidate pipeline to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Conduct interviews in excellent, professional English (written and verbal)
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report hiring progress, pipeline metrics, and recruitment KPIs
- Move quickly and decisively while maintaining high hiring standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring goals
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
