Job Description

Talent & People Administrator responsible for end-to-end hiring process at SiteCare, a remote WordPress managed services company. Collaborating with hiring managers and assisting with onboarding and people operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective candidate pipelines
  • Source and screen candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Manage the full candidate experience from first contact through offer
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and keep hiring processes moving
  • Maintain our ATS and keep candidate records accurate and current
  • Support onboarding for new hires
  • Handle people operations and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in a remote or distributed environment
  • Strong communicator, clear in writing, responsive, and organized
  • Comfortable owning a process independently without close supervision
  • Experience with managed services, digital agencies, or tech-adjacent companies is a plus
  • Reliable availability during US business hours.
