Job Description
Sales leader managing a high-performing sales team across multiple functions at SOTI. Focusing on driving sales strategy and building partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales team across Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management, ensuring the team follows the strategic initiatives and targets set.
- Coach the team on sales techniques to engage with their customers and partners.
- Account manage leading accounts at SOTI and work with our partners on a day-to-day basis.
- Help, grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, adopt technology and increase SOTI’s market share in the EMM space.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid tactics to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to management.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products.
- Attend sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Travel within the sales territories.
- Design and execute SOTI’s regional sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience with leading a team and a proven record of sales experience.
- Proficiency using Salesforce to document and track technology sales.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritising, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment.
