Job Description

Sales leader managing a high-performing sales team across multiple functions at SOTI. Focusing on driving sales strategy and building partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales team across Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management, ensuring the team follows the strategic initiatives and targets set.
  • Coach the team on sales techniques to engage with their customers and partners.
  • Account manage leading accounts at SOTI and work with our partners on a day-to-day basis.
  • Help, grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, adopt technology and increase SOTI’s market share in the EMM space.
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid tactics to prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products.
  • Attend sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Travel within the sales territories.
  • Design and execute SOTI’s regional sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience with leading a team and a proven record of sales experience.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce to document and track technology sales.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritising, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment.
