Job Description
Technical Sales Consultant at Entrust, driving adoption of identity-centric security solutions across Southeast Asia. Leveraging technical expertise to influence regional go-to-market success.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate Entrust’s unique selling points and value propositions to partners and end customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by holistically addressing critical, analytical, technical, and operational issues across teams, driving customer adoption and solution success.
- Deliver high-quality solution presentations, product demonstrations, technical proposals, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to customers and partners.
- Contribute to proposal and bid processes by ensuring the proposed solutions are technically sound, feasible, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including compliance requirements, emerging technologies, industry solutions, and product offerings.
- Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Solid foundational knowledge of information technology and computer science.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT or software engineering roles, preferably with exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
- Proactive, creative, and energetic mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Demonstrated ability in self-learning and sharing knowledge across teams, particularly on market trends, product innovations, and regulatory developments.
- Strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities; committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Experience serving as a technical lead in a pre-sales or solution consulting environment.
