Job Description

Technical Manager overseeing and coordinating technical activities in IT infrastructure for U.S. organizations. Leading a team and ensuring project delivery with technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to help team members achieve project and career objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Allocate and manage technical resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with other managers to ensure optimal utilization of team resources.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within the technical team and with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role within large organizations.
  • Strong Linux experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management and successful delivery of technical projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of 20 or more members.

Benefits:

  • Base pay of $1,200 - $1,500 a month plus 2 week vacation.
