Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Quickly support company-wide hiring needs under the guidance of the Director of People Operations
- Write + post job descriptions on various platforms
- Source and screen potential candidates
- Schedule and conduct Zoom interviews efficiently
- Be adaptable and responsive to changing needs and priorities
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in technical recruiting
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Data-driven and KPI-focused
- Highly organized with a proactive approach
- Experience with ClickUp is a huge plus!
