Job Description

Territory Manager responsible for driving revenue growth in the K-12 educational sector. Identifying business opportunities and managing customer relations while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing customer relationships
  • Generate and nurture leads to drive revenue growth
  • Facilitate face-to-face and virtual presentations on the programs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead management
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Education, or a similar field
  • Prior experience as an educator and/or two years of sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of the K-12 education landscape
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong consultative sales skills, including prospecting, discovery, presenting, and closing
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective writing, speaking, and listening
  • Knowledge of common software applications and web services (Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Zoom)
  • Knowledge of or able to become skilled at using CRM software applications, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and nurturing relationships
  • High accountability for achieving performance goals

Benefits:

  • Annual base salary ranging from $85,939 to $88,975
  • Target incentive of 40% of base pay for meeting sales goals
  • Increasing incentive for exceeding goals up to 100% of base pay
