Job Description

Territory Sales Manager developing Mobile Solution Aftermarket division in the Nordic Countries. Collaborating with the sales team and building dealer relationships and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Help current business distribution channels to achieve the budget
  • Provide technical and sales trainings in local language to dealers and endusers
  • Manage conflicts ensuring alignment with territory plan
  • Develop and implement new business strategies and programs, to capture new dealers and increase the existing one’s sales
  • Daily connect and cooperate with Nordics sales team and other internal functions
  • Regularly visit customers and prospects with the goal to gain market knowledge and create new business opportunities
  • Prepare reports as needed and share internally via CRM
  • Ensure that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are in the best interest of the Company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in technical or economic field
  • Experience in a Sales Role
  • Fluent Swedish and good English (company language) is required
  • Preferably sales experience in B2B
  • Finnish will be a plus
