Job Description
Territory Sales Manager developing Mobile Solution Aftermarket division in the Nordic Countries. Collaborating with the sales team and building dealer relationships and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Help current business distribution channels to achieve the budget
- Provide technical and sales trainings in local language to dealers and endusers
- Manage conflicts ensuring alignment with territory plan
- Develop and implement new business strategies and programs, to capture new dealers and increase the existing one’s sales
- Daily connect and cooperate with Nordics sales team and other internal functions
- Regularly visit customers and prospects with the goal to gain market knowledge and create new business opportunities
- Prepare reports as needed and share internally via CRM
- Ensure that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are in the best interest of the Company
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in technical or economic field
- Experience in a Sales Role
- Fluent Swedish and good English (company language) is required
- Preferably sales experience in B2B
- Finnish will be a plus
