Job Description

Training Analyst developing training content and programs to improve sales techniques for field teams. Collaborating on national training initiatives and monitoring team performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training content and programs focused on sales techniques and in-store execution at the point of sale (POS)
  • Train promoters and field teams in customer approach, sales messaging and argumentation, conversion, and product merchandising/display
  • Conduct in-person and online trainings nationwide
  • Plan training schedules according to commercial and regional priorities
  • Monitor field team performance indicators to identify training needs
  • Propose development plans to improve execution and sales results
  • Ensure standardization of approach and execution practices at the point of sale (POS)
  • Support special initiatives, product launches and campaigns with targeted sales force training
  • Measure training effectiveness through performance indicators and field team progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related fields
  • Previous experience training sales teams or promoters
  • Experience in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods industry
  • Experience delivering both in-person and online training
  • Technical knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Availability to travel
  • Ability to develop content, standardize best practices at the point of sale (POS), and improve field team performance through strategic training
