Job Description

Transaction Manager negotiating lease transactions and managing real estate activities for nonprofit client in the United States. Utilizing strategic market knowledge and negotiation skills within a virtual team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate lease transactions
  • Sell properties and renew leases
  • Conduct all real estate activities with a nonprofit client
  • Apply market knowledge and negotiation skills to execute strategies
  • Independently manage all related activities on transactions
  • Review market data and obtain market reports
  • Negotiate letters of intent, leases, and purchase agreements
  • Coordinate with Construction Management and Project Management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Good follow up and data tracking
  • Ability to think strategically and act proactively
  • Creates strong client trust and confidence
  • Proven skills in contract review and lease negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate leases is imperative.
