Job Description

Senior Manager of Corporate Development assisting Cologix in strategic investments and partnerships, evaluating market opportunities and managing deal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Senior Manager of Corporate Development will play a pivotal role in assisting in Cologix’s strategic growth initiatives.
  • This role will help lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investments including acquisitions, partnerships, and organic investments.
  • Evaluate potential M&A targets, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration.
  • Work with our market analyst to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats related to projects and the company.
  • Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning for potential transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, product, development, construction and operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Ideally, this individual possesses 3+ years of experience in a senior role within a principal investor / operator company (Data center, real estate, etc.)
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Proven experience in the underwriting and valuation of development opportunities, land acquisitions, and underwriting transactions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and self-starter are required attributes.
