Job Description
Account Executive managing partnerships with colleges and universities to promote 12twenty platform. Engaging decision-makers and executing strategic sales initiatives in higher education.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Career Services administrators and other key stakeholders at campuses
- Conduct virtual and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to the needs of Career Services administrators
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by generating scalable revenue
- Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to gather feedback and influence product features
Requirements:
- 3+ years of higher education experience, preferably working with career services or other related departments
- 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred
- BA/BS degree required
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- A hunter sales mentality with excellent prospecting skills
- A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline while being a strong team player
- Dedication to professionalism and excellence in all client interactions.
