Job Description
User Acquisition Manager optimizing Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns for a global social discovery company. Involved in project analytics and scaling advertising channels for improved ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Facebook Ads, Tiktok, Google Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns;
- project & audience analytics via GA4, Internal CRM, and other tools;
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics;
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives.
Requirements:
- Facebook and Google Ads expert with at least 1 year of experience in Targeting and PPC/SEM;
- Meta/TikTok/Google certificates will be an additional advantage;
- Familiar with campaign optimization by CPA and ROI Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly;
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics;
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
- English B2 or higher
